"Lossnay" Energy Recovery Ventilator
The name "Lossnay" (Energy Recovery Ventilator) is combination of English "loss" and Japanese "", which means "lossless". "Lossnay" Energy Recovery Technology was invented by Mitsubishi Electric in 1970, and patented at seven major countries including Japan, America, France, England, Germany, Canada and Italy.
The pioneering Mitsubishi Lossnay uses unique technology allowing inlet air and exhaust air to cross at the element without intermixing. Only the Lossnay is capable of providing real ventilation at close to room temperature and humidity. The cross-flow, plate-fin structure of Lossnay along with a specially processed diaphragm develop high moisture permeability characteristic and gas shielding, that aid in the transference of moisture for improved heat exchanging efficiency. The non-porous ultra-thin film material acts as a barrier against air leakage.
Due to separated air inlet and outlet ducts, it ensures that only fresh air is introduced to the indoor environment.
Energy saving
High efficiency "Hyper Lossnay Core" increases moisture permeability and gas shielding (e.g. NH3), and offers greatly improved heat exchange efficiency to achieve the highest performance ever for a Lossnay unit, which lower the cost 18.8%.
Quiet operation
With special design of "Hyper Lossnay Core", super sound insulation and quiet operation can be achieved even in noisy outdoor environment. Such as airport, highway and railway.
Easy maintenance
No dust in the core due to straight airflow in air ducts, so clogging is only on core surface, which can be easily removed. Only the two faces of the core air inlet ducts need to be cleaned.
