High airflow¡Blow noise
High Airflow Duct Ventilators are extensively found in a wide range of industrial and commercial usage. But in many cases, severe long hour operation often results in the problem of undesirable noise. Moreover, improper utilization after installation also greatly hinders the ventilators to function in its best way. Coping with the need of customers to build a better living and working environment, Mitsubishi Electric designed a series of "High Airflow¡BLow Noise" Duct Ventilators to tackle these two shortcomings.

Improved design
VD series offer wide variety of choices to customers. The design of the grill has been improved.
VD-10~15 are made up by cross pattern plastic grille while VD-18~23 are made up by large hole metals grille. Both types have neat, refined design that blend well with their surroundings. Dimension of grille is enlarged, together with the improved spring in both of its strength and shape, allowing for much closer fit against the ceiling.

Enhanced performance
The new Dual Airtight Square Shutters are far more powerful in sealing up the air than previous model. This effectively blocks external air and noise. Moreover, Dual Shutters move more smoothly, reducing deterioration with use. In addition, use of caulking on the body has resulted in a more airtight construction that reduces air leakage and enhances the unit's resistance to corrosion.

Pressurized Ventilator
Extra powerful
The powerful motor generates strong pressure to facilitate strong intake and exhaust of air. Therefore this series of models are particularly suitable for large places where forceful ventilation is necessary, such as factories, air-conditioning warehouse, room where heat-generating machines are located, etc.

Energy-saving design
Remarkable progress has been made in energy conservation with the introduction of the newly developed "Extra Fan" blade and high-efficiency motor. It has a large airflow and quiet operation.

Extra Fan blades-which were designed according to aerodynamic principles-control airflow on blade surface, restrain the air turbulence and hence eddies to be formed. Thus noise is greatly diminished without reduction in airflow.

Suitable for both intake and exhaust
This unit can be used for the intake of fresh air as well as for exhausting stale air if the fan blades are mounted in reverse and the motor wiring is changed over.

Straight Centrifugal Ventilator
Suit building, store, hotel, hospital, office, conference room and hall.

Adjustable air volume
Wind velocity can be varied from 50% ~ 100%
- A slide damper fitted to the outlet allows optimal air volume settings.
- Noise values reach a maximum 10dB depending on air volume settings and users can achieve 
  reduced electricity consumption by up to approximately 60%.
- Because of the slide configuration of the damper, sir volume can be varied without replacing

  the pulley even after connection to a duct.
- The adjustment range is marked in at-a-glance.

Improved noise reduction
The noise absorbing air guide fitted inside the silencer box reduces noise by absorbing it while facilitating the flow of air. Surging absorption slits fitted to the outlet suppress unpleasant blade noise and reduce overall noise value by 2dB.

Axial Flow Ventilator

Particularly suitable for low noise, high airflow application.

Models with full range are capable of handling a wide variety of applications from low to high air volume.

Low noise design
Low-noise design applied on a fluid mechanics with use of mixed flow turbo fan blade and stationary rear blade.

Mounting on the ceiling become simpler by slots in the mounting legs.

Air curtain
Used in shops, factories and elsewhere to facilitate air circulation through improving the thermal environment so as to reduce energy consumption. The new GK-35 is a strong transparent curtain. It performs significantly better in blocking dust, smoke, odors, insects and extreme external temperature from entering air-conditioned room.

Air Conducting Ventilator
Air conducting ventilator are used as auxiliary equipment for ventilators and air-conditioners in guiding flows of exhaust gas in car parks and improving he efficiency of ventilation and air-conditioning in plants and warehouses.

Conducting applications
Installing air conducting ventilators between supply fans and exhaust fans in large spaces, make it possible to introduce fresh air and expel stagnant air efficiently. The fans are particularly useful for conducting and expelling stagnant, dirty exhaust gas and hot air that has collected in the midsections of buildings and structures with complicated floor plans.

Lower cost
Ductless system eliminates the need to install ducts, which reduces the cost.

Simple installation
Eliminating the need for duct connections facilitates installation by means of simple mounting to suspension bolts from the ceiling. The angle of air vent can be adjusted to 8 levels.

Large air volume/ low noise/ energy saving
Employment of small-size motor and small-size extra fan reduces successfully operation noise and power consumption in spite of the large air volume.
