As a member of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation group of companies, Mitsubishi Electric Ryoden Air-Conditioning & Visual Information Systems (Hong Kong) Ltd. (MLH) was incorporated in March 2004 to commence operation from 1st April 2004 with a mission to provide customers with professional and quality service as well as effective systems and solutions.
Having consolidated the business of Air-conditioning, Visual Information Systems and Home Appliances of Ryoden Merchandising Co., Ltd. and the business of Air-conditioning and Projectors of Ryoden International Ltd., MLH is committed to providing the most benefits to customers in terms of better pricing and superb customer services.
With the "Mitsubishi Electric" brand, which is synonymous with fine quality and professional standard, and diversified lines of household and commercial products that MLH carries, the company is poised for significant growth in the Greater China markets. In building a stronger sales channel for MLH, Mitsubishi Electric Air-Conditioning & Visual Information Systems (Shanghai) Ltd. (MLC), a 100% owned subsidiary of MLH, was set up in June 2004.
At MLH, every effort has been made to ensure our commitment to customers is carried through. The technical teams at our service centre are well-prepared to provide comprehensive and prompt after-sales services to assist our customers to solve technical problems they might encounter. Meanwhile, we also provide strong back up support to our customers in terms of sufficient stock and quick delivery services.

Our service centre is comprised of customer service call centre, spare parts store room and repairing workshop.With well-equipped workshop and sufficient stock of spare parts, our well-trained and experienced staff can provide efficient and high quality after-sales services to our customers. In order to gain full confidence and trust from customers, all Mitsubishi products under warranty are entitled to free labour for repairs, free parts replacement and free delivery service.
WAREHOUSE AND TRANSPORTATION
To satisfy our customers' demand for receiving our products at the first time, we guarantee that our products will be delivered to our customers in the afternoon and next morning upon receipt of orders in the morning and afternoon respectively by arranging our delivery twice a day.
